You are my guy discribing his organic tree based car frame machine! Just add some chains, come alongs and pull clamps; pull slow, safe. You are developing DIY skill and satisfaction. If your in business, buy a frame machine.. and find storage when not in use.

control arms inexpensive? have you seen original part prices? they are 500 bucks each ... and I haven't seen in the aftermarket aluminum control arms , besides metal arms which does not make sense to install in a c63 though.

I am trying to find out if with an M6k I can lift our mini van Chrysler Town and Country which gross weight is 6050 pounds, or would have to go with an M7K? the reason is right now there are couple places selling an M6K for $1300, dont know if they are scammer but those are actual shops with business addresses and the M7K on sale is $3350 listed at Lowes, all prices everywhere for everything are out of control and would probably get worst before it could get better so I am trying to save some, although the M7K is newer and the latest thing, if the M6K works safely for what I needed it I won't mind ordering for that relatively low price in comparison to the newer model

Nice welder. I am a beginner. I clicked on the video because I saw the HOBART. I am using one at work (belongs to my boss), it's a different model, but looks identical to yours. The machine is solid and easy to use. I am considering buying the machine you have for my own personal use. Good review, thanks a bunch.👍👍

If you are the second owner then Chief will try to rob you!! What a shame customer service but not surprised. Car-o-Liner is also on the same track and it is owned by Snap-On at this moment. The old Chief measuring system was quiet good with three pins under the car and you could see it straight away if the under-body was out of alignment and straight it with the measuring system in place.

Just to add the devices themselves are not dangerous to use the fiemware in all the clones is usually 100% original, its the cracks and patches to the registration software like IDS ,and HDS ,etc that might be key logging or have a Trojan payload the best way to run this safetly is to run this in a closed environment in a virtual machine , that has no network function enabled so the patches or cracks cannot talk back to the hackers mothership servers in china or russia etc . Ive build many sandboxed virtual machines for my clone tools including tech2 , mdi gds2 offline version 2021 , vcm 2 ids, etc on my primary laptop . Zero issues and completely safe ..!😊

Are there any benefits to getting a business license when doing a few of these cars a year from home garage? Adding to the expenses when car is complete there is tax, title, registration and insurance fees just to sell it (Buyer will want a test drive). Just wondering if there's a better way of just completing the car and selling without incurring those extra costs.

Dealers license covers all of those. You can see your states requiments online but it's definitely worthwhile. I was doing it as a hobby and it just happened to turn a profit. Best part is, FL only requires 3 sales a year.👍

Thanks for the videos! I purchased my first rebuild last year. It was a 2016 Chevy Malibu Premier. Had light front end damage, 53,000 miles really nice car (still have it). Won the bid for 4900, with repair parts and auction/delivery fees I had about 9,000$ invested and high book last year was 21,000. I should've sold lol, figure it would've sold for 16-17,000$. Seems like the market is crashing according to KBB.

it all depends on the quality of the clone tool. really, you get what you pay for, so cutting corners will always have drawbacks but my experience with clone tools is that if they are of a good quality, then they will work just as well as an OEM tool, but there maybe some slight differences. I have used many different types of clone Ford VCM'2 clones and the good quality work without problem. I have never damaged an ecu or any part of the cars electrical system using a good quality clone tool. There is one main difference and that is when downloading a ccf file the clone tool will show 0v not 12v+, due to a slight variation in components and design over the orginal. You will save yourself a lot of money, but If i had the choice to buy OEM or clone then i would choose OEM everytime. It is only the drastic reduction in cost that makes the tools lucrative to the buyer, as everyone wants to save money in the short term. People who say about the clone tool contacting the manufacturer to disable itself is at best verbal faeces. Bottom line - if you are going to buy a clone, then buy a good quality one. If you buy rubbish then it does fail half way through programming an ecu, then you only have yourself to blame for cutting corners
